Illuminating educational tour I was picked up promptly at Marriott Hotel and my guide John Wilson Kola brought me in a private car to Fort Golkonda, the royal residence of the Hindu kings in the 12th century, followed by 3 generations of Moslem kings until the 17th century, after which Hindu tribes retook the area in the old city section of Hyderabad. I made it to the top - 360 steps! - and viewed the armory, water wells, dance halls, judgement halls, mosques and minarets, all equipped with ancient sound architecture systems to facilitate conmunication across the kingdom. All the while, John regaled me with his encyclopedic knowledge of this venerated historical site as well as the Qutub Shahi tombs nearby and everything in between. Thank you for such an illuminating tour!

Fort This fort is worth visiting and you can easily spend your half day in the fort as it is bery huge. And good place for photography also!!!

Best Tour of Fort + Tombs Very good tour of the fort and tombs. John was a walking history book and went above and beyond to make our experience special. Well worth the money paid.

Rich historical Tour of Hyderabad's Past with Beautiful Views Had a fantastic tour of the Golconda Fort and Qutub Shahi Tombs with 5 Senses and their excellent guide Srinu. The tour was well paced and full of the rich history of the sites and hidden gems as well as beautiful tranquil views. Our driver Saif was excellent as well and provided comfortable, speedy, and safe transportation. This is my second tour with 5 Senses and I highly recommend this tour and their services.

Perfect Half Day Introduction to Hyderabad As usual, Five Senses comes through with flying colors. I needed to arrange a half-day tour for senior executives within a specific radius of my office. Five Senses identified the right venue, the right guide, and worked with me to ensure that I found a restaurant that would meet some fairly restrictive dietary requirements. In the end, everything came off beautifully. Timing and scheduling were perfect. The guide was excellent, striking the right balance between history, architecture, and the relation between what the group was seeing and modern India. This kept my guests enthralled and engaged, and resulted in a very positive experience. The restaurant selection was enjoyed by all.
